For athletes who would like to compete or take their sport to the next level!

Our specialized courses use the Trampolines and Dryland Training techniques to focus on the skills needed to hone specific sports techniques and skill set.

Ski and Snowboard

  • Athletes will utilize our trampolines, fitness training, spring floor zones, and tramp equipment (Tramp boards or skis) to learn new tricks in both the air and on on rails, as well as increase fitness levels.

Bike

  • Programs work on sport specific fitness and air awareness for bike sports including Enduro, BMX, Mountain Biking, giving you a competitive advantage to the season.

Fall or Winter program: Train 1.5 hours/week for eight weeks with a dedicated coach.

Bespoke programs can be created in all locations with just 4 or more students. Contact your Airhouse to discuss setting a program especially.
