With a dedicated Coach you will learn to evolve in all aspects of your chosen sport alongside other members, whether recreational or for those with a competitive edge looking to progress to competition level.

Our Club’s meet twice a week for elongated periods of time (Bike Club 7-9 weeks, GymClub 31 weeks). Currently we have two clubs:

Bike Club

The most amazing way to get involved with the biking community in Nanaimo, and to learn everything that mountain biking entails! Watch our video here to see what it's all about.

  • Recreational Bike Club

Designed to further progress the skills of our athletes, while incorporating a Club environment.

  • Competitive Level Bike Club

Designed especially for athletes who are focused on reaching the highest levels of competition and providing them with the coaching and development to achieve this.

GymClub

An advanced recreational program for girls-only.

Train twice a week for 31 weeks in this girls-only Club program. GymClub has increased practice time for skill development, and participation in special events such as interclub meets and gymnaestrada shows.

GymClub is not only an incredible way to train with your favourite Coach twice a week (4hr total), but also a chance to be a part of the gymnastics community!
