Multi Sports

Experience a multitude of sports, get to grips with something new, and try-out something you've always wanted in this multi-sport program just for Girls!

Sports include Trampoline, Gymnastics and Tumbling, Parkour, Skateboard, Ski and Snowboard. In addition we will focus on Nutrition and Strength and conditioning.

This is more than just sports, but a full spectrum program for active girls who want to be around other girls in a fun and supportive environment.

90 min classes, for 12x sessions over 13 weeks (excluding stat holidays).
