Group Lessons

Build your confidence and skills with a Lesson that is 100% designed for you.

Students take 60 or 90 min Lessons each week for 6 or week programs (sport dependant), open to general public. For ages 3-4y/o Lesson are 45mins.

Get personalized and detailed feedback from a certified Coach to optimize your progression in your chosen sport.

Private/group lessons will allow you to improve and advance at your own pace. Privates are either one-on-one or you can build your own group of up to four family/friends of similar ability.




Programs are split by Abilities for the class best suited to you.
