Freestyle Trampoline

Freestyle Trampoline is the basis for spatial awareness skills in all sports.

No longer is it just the β€œExtreme” sports that are doing aerial movements. It builds on the basic skills of traditional trampolining and then allows the athlete to develop their own set of skills using a fundamental progression of skill development for each trick.

Trampoline is proven to be a great form of exercise for the following reasons:

  • It increases blood flow to help detoxify the body

  • Stimulates the lymphatic system to rid of fluid retention, cellulite and intercellular toxicity

  • Fun and effective weight loss and muscle toning tool

  • Fabulous for core strengthening and spatial awareness

  • Appropriate to pair with other sports and recreation activities due to it being a low impact sport

This special course is designed for people who want to improve their overall General Physical Preparedness right through to amateur or advanced athletes. 

All classes are run by experienced, trained and CFSA Air certified coaches in a controlled, non-intimidating and fun environment.

This course covers the FUNdamentals of trampoline safety, basic skills, landings, sequences and movement techniques. It helps build confidence and encourages improvement through skill progressions and conditioning.
