Workshops - Every Week
Your chance to Drop In and learn specifics with a coach. Each week will be a different focus, for example Wall Running or using the Tramp Bike.
It's 1.5hrs of time to 'workshop' a skill or technique with the Coach in the facility, PLUS you get an extra half an hour afterwards to carry on the practice/play.
Kelowna: Tuesday 5-6:30pm and Thursday 7-8:30pm
Nanaimo: Friday 7-9pm
