Coaches lead our Lessons (Group and Private), Camps, and Clubs.

If there is a sport you would like to coach in then Airhouse can train you in order to reach a coaching position. At Airhouse you have the opportunity to be trained and coach multiple sports including, Trampoline, Skateboarding, Parkour, Gymnastics, and Biking.

General Coach responsibilities include:

  • Provide quality instruction to groups and individuals by ensuring we are providing a safe, positive and engaging atmosphere in which to learn

  • Create a fun environment and lesson plans that are motivating and conducive to learning

  • Encourage athlete enthusiasm for the learning process and continued development

  • Uphold the highest level of athlete safety


Guest Service Representative


GSR’s are the front line with our guests; in person, on the phone, and via email.  

While working at the front desk, our GSR’s should bring a positive and helpful attitude to the workplace ensuring guests are able to enjoy every step of their experience. 

General GSR responsibilities include:

  • Answering guests questions in a positive and timely manner

  • Ensure that we are providing a safe, positive and engaging atmosphere for all guests

  • Professionally manage monetary transactions, including opening and closing duties

  • Prepare and deliver food service in accordance with FoodSafe BC

  • General cleaning duties of all areas of the facility on a daily basis

  • Direct team mates in their daily tasks


Session Coach


A Session Coach is the main contact with our customers in Trampoline and other Activity Zones.

Session Coaches should ensure that all customers are able to enjoy their experience safely and leave looking forward to their next visit.

General Session Coach responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the activity zones and ensuring guests are using the facility safely during our Drop-In times

  • Enforce all safety guidelines are being adhered to throughout the facility, eg the trampolines, skatepark & gymnastics and parkour zones

  • Engaging with guests on the floor, encouraging guests to be active and practice and refine their skills

  • Carrying out facility inspections and daily cleaning duties
